Shipping policy

Where we ship from

All orders ship from Singapore. International parcels are sent by tracked Singapore Post service, and a tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size of your order.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

  • Singapore: registered local mail or Lalamove courier
  • Malaysia & Brunei: 5–16 working days
  • Asia, Japan, UAE & Israel: 4–20 working days
  • Australia: 7–16 working days
  • United Kingdom: 5–12 working days
  • United States: 8–18 working days
  • Canada: 10–22 working days
  • Czech Republic, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Switzerland & New Zealand: 7–18 working days
  • Brazil: 12–22 working days
  • Kuwait & Saudi Arabia: 16–24 working days

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs and local postal services.

Temporarily unavailable destinations

Shipping to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden is currently paused. If your country is not available at checkout, we are not able to ship there at this time.

Preorders and graded books

  • Preorder items ship after their release. Each product page lists the expected release and shipping window.
  • Raw (ungraded) convention exclusives ship after the convention ends.
  • CGC Signature Series (signed) copies are sent to CGC for grading after the signing event and ship once they return from CGC. The expected window is shown on each product page.
  • Unsigned CGC graded copies return from CGC in batches and ship in order of purchase.

Combined shipping

Items purchased in the same order ship together once every item in that order is ready. We are unable to combine separate orders.

Customs, duties and taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please email contact@comicgrailvault.com with photos of the parcel and packaging before discarding anything, so we can file a claim with the post office.

Local pickup

Choose Pickup at checkout to collect your order from Comic Grail Vault, 803 King George's Avenue, #02-246, Singapore 200803. Opening hours: Tuesday–Sunday, 1pm–8pm (closed Mondays). In-stock orders are usually ready within 24 hours; preorders can be collected once released. Please wait for your "ready for pickup" email and bring your order confirmation email when you collect.
